I’ve always found the Las Vegas beautiful, and the town of Paradise is no exception. The Vegas strip is located within this town. Paradise in Nevada was founded 68 years ago. The current population is estimated to be 242,000. This town is part of the Clark County School District. This area was originally used for farming because the land was very fertile. This is an unincorporated area of Nevada. This means that the town has its own advisory board, and the commissioners set rules for advisory board membership.

This area is also home to McCarran International Airport. This is how many people get to Vegas. This airport carried almost 50 million passengers in 2019. I find it interesting that the community is considering adding a second airport. The Ivanpah Valley Airport may be added to increase this area’s passenger capacity. RTC transit offers passengers transportation to areas around the Vegas strip. I-15, I-215 and I-515 are close to the city. The town is close to the center of Nevada, so I believe this explains why it was chosen as a location for a major airport.
