The Lion Habitat Ranch is located in Nevada just minutes from Las Vegas. It offers many different activities for the guests to enjoy. I suggest going on the guided tour or seeing Ozzie the giraffe. We have activities that will delight the young and old alike.
The Lion Habitat in Henderson
Our summer hours end on October 19th. The summer hours are Thursday through Monday from 10 am -2 pm. We recommend you arrive before 11:45 so that you can see everything. We do not admit anyone after 1:30 pm. We do close due to rain since it is an outdoor experience. We may need an additional day to clean up. Our winter hours start on October 20th. We are open on Thursday through Monday from 11 am to 3 pm. This is if the weather permits. We suggest arriving before 12:45 pm so that you can see everything. We stop admitting people at 2:30 pm. Attractions
We offer behind the scene tours of the habitat. This is a group activity. It will take 90 minutes. Our guide will lead you through the habitat and answer any questions that you may have. We lead you through the normal routine of the animals, such as feeding, cleaning, watering, and bathing the animals. We have Ozzie the painting giraffe. You are welcome to take all of the photos you want.
We also offer Feasts with the Beasts. The party will be surrounded by the lions as they await their food. You will receive either a box lunch or formal dinner.
We let you feed the animals while you are here for a fee. You can feed Ozzie the giraffe or the lions. If you are lucky you may be able to watch Ozzie paint. Her pictures are for sell at the habitat.
